WHAT WE DO
We don't just raise awareness. We raise people
Our Services
5. IN-PERSON & POP-UP EVENTS

We don’t just live online. We show up in real life, too.
Whether it’s a stall at your place of worship, a mental health drop-in at your uni, or a walk through the park —
NOSIV is about presence. Real-world connection. Showing up when it matters.

Faith-based stalls & outreach
We bring NOSIV into faith spaces — connecting with communities through gurdwaras, mosques, churches and temples.
Whether you're struggling or supporting someone who is, we're here to bridge faith and mental wellbeing without judgement.

School & Uni Visits
Our sessions in schools, colleges, and universities create safe spaces to talk openly about stress, anxiety, identity, and low moods. With peer-led support, real-life stories, and practical tools, we make mental health relatable, honest, and judgement-free — exactly how it should be.

Corporate Bookings
Mental health doesn’t stop at the office door. We work with organisations to deliver powerful, people-first sessions that go beyond tick-box wellbeing. From burnout to workplace anxiety, our talks and workshops bring raw honesty, lived experience, and practical tools that make a real impact.

What we do
1. THE NOSIV BUDDY SYSTEM
Real support from real people. Within hours. No scripts. No judgement.
We believe the first lifeline should feel human. Not cold. Not clinical. Not months away.
That’s why our Buddy System matches you with a trained volunteer — someone who’s been through it and gets it — within 12 hours.
They’re not there to “fix” you. They’re there to walk beside you.
✅ Weekly check-ins by text, call or voice note
✅ Lived experience, trauma-aware, and safely trained
✅ No therapy jargon — just real talk
✅ Fully confidential, no cost
This is the reply many of us never got.
Now, we’re giving it to someone else.

What we do
2. BACKED BY GUIDELINES. BUILT WITH HEART.
NOSIV combines the realness of lived experience with the rigour of professional insight.
We align our approach with trusted bodies including:
-
NHS Mental Health Frameworks
-
UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy)
-
BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)
We consult with qualified therapists, social workers, and clinical supervisors to ensure our:
-
Buddy training is trauma-aware
-
Toolbox is psychologically sound
-
Community spaces are safe and non-triggering
And when you’re ready for clinical support, we help you transition into it — without judgement.
Because surface-level help is never enough.
We want to help you get to the root.

What we do
3. OUR COMMUNITY
Because healing doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens in safe rooms, with people who get it
We’ve created anonymous, moderated, judgement-free spaces.
You don’t need to “sound okay.” You don’t need to have it together.
Themed support rooms (Grief, Men, Anxiety, Youth, Faith, Women, Suicide, Seflharm)
Weekly drop-in talks and open circles
Peer reply systems — speak or just read.
Either way, you’re held.
There’s no pressure to talk.
Just the chance to be seen, heard, and felt.

What we do
4. THE NOSIV TOOLBOX
Because sometimes you don’t want to talk. You just want something that works.
We built this for the 2am moments. The anxious spirals. The emotional numbness.
The days where talking is too hard — but doing something still helps.
Inside, you’ll find:
🧘 Breathing audios that reset your nervous system
🖐️ Grounding visuals for panic attacks
📓 Journals & prompts to untangle your headspace
📥 Trackers, tools, and worksheets — simple but powerful
🎨 Creative coping, colouring, affirmation builders and more
Every tool is built from lived experience + therapist-backed practice.
Everything’s free. No sign-up. No fluff.
